Sweet Sheet!
BS SHOW BIZ BUZZ:
TONIGHT “Painted House” creator/host Debbie Travis turns her attention from renovating rooms to working on women as her new “Sexy Girl” make-over show debuts on Life Network (she’s moving from house paint to ‘war paint’) . . . “Mean Girls” actress & wannabe singer Lindsay Lohan is in NYC working on her debut album (just a warning) . . . Meantime, her derelict father Michael Lohan is said to be developing a reality show that would debunk the type of tabloid stories he so often generates . . . Michael Jackson has been forced to move out of the 12-bedroom Beverly Hills mansion he fled Neverland Ranch to live in 9 months ago for a stiff monthly rental of $60,000 because the joint got sold – for slightly over $13 million . . . An anonymous 3-man consortium is attempting to sell yet another explicit Paris Hilton video (the 3rd so far) for a minimum bid of 50 grand (this one purportedly featuring kinky group sex and lesbian footage) . . . The much-moved-around “Last Comic Standing 3″ finalé will now air SATURDAY at 8 pm ET on Comedy Central . . . Now we know where the comb-over comes from: A new painting by NYC artist Albert Crudo features a full-frontal portrait of Donald Trump – naked! (only a true masochist would pay the asking price of $25,000) . . . Further proof that TV is totally out of ideas: FX channel is developing a reality series called “Best Offer”, set in the exciting world of – used car salesmen . . . Further proof the world is full of tackiness: An autograph by late actor Christopher Reeve has gone up for auction on eBay with a reserve bid of $350 because – quote – “It’s extremely rare and impossible to ever obtain again!!!” . . . Promotion of the year? Country Music Television is promoting its OCTOBER 29th special, “CMT Greatest Outlaws: The Dirty Dozen” using talking ads in urinals in bars, concert venues and colleges – ‘motion-activated’ deodorizing drain covers with flashing lights, alternating pictures and a recorded female voice saying, “Don’t miss ‘Outlaws’ on CMT. You seem to miss everything else!”

• Keith Urban – TODAY he’s on ABC-TV’s daytime talk show “The View”.

FASTEST COASTER COMING:
Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson NJ is building the world’s tallest and fastest roller coaster, scheduled to open NEXT SPRING. The ‘Kingda Ka’ will accelerate to 128 mph in 3.5 seconds before climbing 456 feet at a 90-degree angle, more than 45 stories above the park. The coaster will then spiral 270 degrees as it plummets, then climb again to zip over a 129-foot hill, which developers say will make riders feel weightless. The entire agonizing experience will be over in about 50 seconds. The current world speed and height record for coasters is the ‘Top Thrill Dragster’ at Cedar Point in Sandusky OH.

WHAT A GUY’S DOG SAYS ABOUT HIM:
Researcher Wendy Diamond dated 120 different men in the name of science to create a guide to men – based on their dogs. According to her, guys who own these breeds act this way …
• Akita: Quiet, strong, independent & stubborn. He’s domineering and should be taught to lighten up.
• Beagle: Very high-strung. Any physical activity the two of you can do together in and out of the bedroom, all the better.
• Boston Terrier: Outgoing, extremely energetic. Possesses a wild side.
• Boxer: Sweet and sensitive.
• Bulldog: Snappy & immature. May need to learn some table manners.
• Golden Retriever: Loves everything and everyone.
• Greyhound: Fiercely independent, but loves creature comforts.
• Labrador Retriever: Energetic, active and social. May get into mischief if he’s bored.
• Poodle: Intelligent and impeccably well-dressed.
• Rottweiler: Bossy. You must help him to quell his suspicions.
• Mutt: Complex personality. Scattered and insecure and needs reassurance but he’s worth it.
Diamond’s conclusion: “There’s no bad man like there’s no bad dog; it’s all about how they’re trained.”

THE FRESH AIR BULB:
Man, could we use this in the studio! A pair of Florida inventors has come up with the world’s first odor-eating lightbulbs. ‘O-Zone Lites’ are fluorescent bulbs with a titanium dioxide coating that is said to kill the micro-organisms that cause odors, thereby purifying the air. A great idea … but the price sure stinks – about $40 per bulb!

BETWEEN THE COVERS:
40-year-old former child star Tatum O’Neal (youngest to ever win an acting Oscar, at age 10 for “Paper Moon”) has just released her autobiography titled “A Paper Life” that tells the tales and names the names behind the sordid secrets of her life in Hollywood. Among her claims …
• Former husband, tennis player John McEnroe, was physically abusive.
• Actress Melanie Griffith took her to an opium-fueled orgy when she was 12.
• 17-year-old Michael Jackson tried to make out with her when she was 12.
• Her mother, actress Joanna Moore, had a 15-year-old boyfriend.
• Her abusive father, actor Ryan O’Neal, was so jealous when she won her Academy Award that he slugged her.
No wonder she ended up a heroin junkie until recently kicking the habit.

IS THAT A BRUISE?
In the world of cosmetics, purple is the new black … and also the new red. That’s because purple is said to be the rare color that works on both eyes and lips. Makeup artist Nick Barose claims purple eye makeup can be mixed with pink or red lips, and purple lips are complemented by nudes and neutrals on the eyes and cheeks. Barose, a well-known behind-the-scenes name in Hollywood, notably used purple to give actress Mischa Barton (“The OC”) a hot new look for this year’s “Emmy Awards”. Perhaps you didn’t know it, but dark lipstick is sort of like black clothing – it’s a slimming color. Purple was last really hot in the late ‘70s.

WORLDWIDE BULL ROAR:
• A 60-year-old woman came to the rescue after a 14-foot crocodile dragged a 34-year-old camper out of his tent at a remote beach near Cairns, Australia. The woman actually jumped onto the croc’s back until it opened its jaws to free the man.
• Serbian villagers in the Sokolovica mountains are blasting rock music 24/7 to stop wild boars from destroying their crops. Locals say the strategy works and the boars have disappeared. Among the out-of-date artists being featured – Meatloaf.
• No spiders please, we’re British. A new survey reveals that Brits are more afraid of spiders, cockroaches and other bugs than terrorist attacks.
• There’s controversy in Germany over a plan to rebuild the Berlin Wall, but not to keep people in. Only about 200 yards of concrete is going up as a memorial and tourist attraction. The real Berlin Wall dividing East and West Berlin was ripped down in 1989-90.
BS AMAZING FACT:
According to a survey of women who have tried online dating, the cliché that men use that drives them craziest is – “I know how to treat a lady!”.
