She’s getting ready to head down the aisle August 20th but Kim Kardashian’s ex, NFL player Reggie Bush (New Orleans Saints), is reportedly trying to change her mind (too late, she’s already commissioned a replica of Prince William & Kate’s wedding cake – no BS!) . . . Meantime, Kardashian has now sued retailer Old Navy to force the clothing store chain to quit using a look-alike model in ads (Old Navy say thanks for the extra publicity) . . . According to “OK!” magazine, here’s what superstar George Clooney does on a typical date with 31-year-old former wrestler Stacy Keibler – he cooks dinner, then they watch “True Blood” (wow, how to spring for a big time, George) . . . Another side effect of the London riots – various independent record labels may have lost all their stock at a distribution warehouse owned by Sony that burned to the ground (meaning some cutting-edge acts may never get off the ground) . . . 20-year-old actor LaMarcus Tinker (ex-“Friday Night Lights”) is heading to “Glee” (FOX) to play a love interest for ‘Mercedes’ (hurray, someone in the high school under 35!) . . . 47-year-old actress Nicolette Sheridan has announced she won’t be returning to “Desperate Housewives” (ABC) for its final season (uh lady, after you’ve sued your boss, it’s not really an option) . . . • Hilary Duff – The 23-year-old tells “Access Hollywood” she wants to have children but is hoping to record a new album first. Sunday is her 1st wedding anniversary with hockey-playing hubby Mike Comrie (Pittsburgh Penguins).
• Jennifer Lopez – She’s now confirmed for another season of “American Idol” for a reported $20 million. (Her love don’t cost a thing, but you gotta pay off the judge.)

Historians can’t pinpoint who originated the trick of pricing retail items a penny short of a dollar but the pricing tactic has been around for at least a century. It may seem silly, considering taxes in most places take the overall cost over a buck anyway, but it works. TREAT FOR TREKKIES:
One “Star Trek” fan is about to put his money where his mouth is. King Abdullah of Jordan, a serious ‘Trekkie’ who actually had a cameo in an episode of “Star Trek: Voyager” 15 years ago, plans to spend $1.5 billion building a “Star Trek” theme park in his country. The park will be called the “Red Sea Astrarium”, with grounds spanning 184 acres in Jordan’s only port city, Aqaba. The park, scheduled to open in 2014, will feature 5-star accommodations and theatrical productions. And since a similar venue in Las Vegas is now closed, the “Astrarium” will be the only place of its kind where fans can go. (Boldly go.)

‘BERG TO THE RESCUE?
The idea has been around since the 1970s – use tugboats to drag icebergs to areas experiencing severe drought. When French engineer Georges Mougin originally proposed it, he was laughed at. But now, the idea is being taken seriously thanks to a new computer model developed by a French software-maker. According to its simulations, an iceberg could be dragged from Newfoundland & Labrador to the northwest coast of Africa in about 5 months, while retaining over 60% of its mass. The only major impediment to the plan is the price: $10 million. But it’s a plentiful source of fresh water – each year 40,000 icebergs break away from the polar ice caps on their own. At 86, Georges Mougin may have the last laugh … he’s still raising funds to try and make his dream a reality. (It’s cheaper by volume than the bags of cubes they sell at service stations.)
