★ Mark Ruffalo made a blunder at the Tuesday night premiere of ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ in Los Angeles. He accidentally left his Livestream on as he watched the film, thereby allowing about 2,500 people to listen in on the stream through the phone in his pocket. Ruffalo stars in the movie alongside Chris Hemsworth and Cate Blanchett.
(No matter how excited I was about a movie, I’m guessing I couldn’t sit for 2 hours and listen to it through a dude’s jacket while he is chomping on popcorn and talking to his friends!)

★ CNN has announced that talk show host Andy Cohen will be the replacement for Kathy Griffin for their annual New Year’s Eve broadcast. The ‘Watch What Happens Live’ host and former Bravo development head Cohen will co-host the network’s ‘New Year’s Eve Live’ broadcast from Times Square in New York City with Anderson Cooper this year. In a press release, Cooper said, “Andy is the life of the party wherever he goes, and what bigger party is there than New Year’s Eve?”

★ Ben Affleck is apologizing for apparently groping former MTV host-turned-actress Hilarie Burton, but he’s also dealing with another, arguably worse video of himself and a female reporter. The incident came to light when the former ‘Total Request Live’ host tweeted, “I didn’t forget” in response to a fan tweeting that Ben “also grabbed Hilarie Burton’s breasts on TRL once. Everyone forgot though” back in 2001. The other video is from 2004 — in which Ben gets a Canadian TV host to sit on his lap while his hands are all over her.

★ Tyrese Gibson has called Dwayne Johnson ”selfish” for delaying the ninth instalment of the ‘Fast and the Furious’ franchise for his own spin-off. The rapper-and-actor insists he doesn’t have a problem with his ‘Fast and Furious’ co-star but he is upset the ninth instalment of the popular franchise was recently delayed until 2020 because a spin-off movie starring Johnson and Jason Statham is slated for a 2019 release.

★ Jenna Dewan Tatum got to relive her ultimate dream for the second time in her life when she reunited with Janet Jackson on stage for her Hollywood Bowl show over the weekend. Tatum had previously toured with Jackson as a backing dancer more than 15 years ago. Dewan Tatum, the wife of Channing, was part of a contingent of former Janet Jackson dancers who were invited back for a reunion and to perform their old moves to the song ‘Rhythm Nation’.

• Jingle Ball – this year’s tour will launch on Nov. 28 in Dallas and stops in 12 cities, ending in Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 17. On the bill: Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Demi Lovato, Charlie Puth, The Chainsmokers, Fall Out Boy, and Nick Jonas. Plus, there will be a partial One Direction reunion in the form of Niall Horan and Liam Payne.
• Taylor Swift – will be rolling out her own app later this year. She promises that she will interact with her fans on it. There will also be exclusive content, plus exclusive emojis, called ‘Taymojis’.
• Pink — Eminem makes a guest appearance on the song ‘Revenge’ from her new album ‘Beautiful Trauma’. Pink says she came up with the idea to have him guest on the song after she had ”a lot of wine” one night.
• Walk the Moon – their third album, ‘What If Nothing’ comes out November 10. Singer Nicholas Petricca says that on this one, they are reaching for “More vast, more epic sounds” but the lyrics are personal and “very raw”.
• Lionel Richie – has secured the rights to produce a biopic about ‘The Impressions’ singer, music legend Curtis Mayfield, of ‘People Get Ready’ fame.
• U2 – stalled a concert in Buenos Aires, Argentina on Tuesday night, so fans wouldn’t miss the nation’s World Cup qualifying match against Ecuador. The band hit the stage two hours later than scheduled, following an Argentinian victory.
• Eagles – will be releasing the ‘Hotel California: 40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition’ album on November 24. It will include live recordings made at the Los Angeles Forum in October 1976, a month before the record’s release, including one of the first ever live performances of the title song.
• Dierks Bentley – following Jason Aldean’s visit to UMC Hospital, Dierks Bentley stopped in to meet and thank those whose bravery and quick actions helped save the lives of fans in the Las Vegas shooting.
• Kenny Rogers – will be honored with a star on Nashville’s Music City Walk of Fame on October 24, the day before his final concert.

WHERE YOUR TIME SHOULD BE GOING:
Scientists claim that they have found the tiny change that will make you stop hating exercise. And it isn’t by avoiding it. There’s one easy way to make your workouts more enjoyable, without giving up any intensity or time, according to a study in the Journal of Sport & Exercise Psychology. Researchers had 46 adults do a 15-minute recumbent bike workout. Some ramped up their intensity during the workout, while the rest started strong and then dialed back. Both had the same amount of time at each intensity (just at opposite times). There was one clear winner when it came to a fun workout. Volunteers who went from vigorous to easy said they enjoyed their workouts more as it went along. On the other hand, those who’d gone from easy to hard felt worse as they exercised.
(For me, the really hard part at the beginning is when I’m trying to get up off the couch…)
